To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
