Refund Policy

Payment processor

All Sujova Pro payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle handles billing, tax, invoices, and refund execution.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of two ways:

  • Through the customer portal linked from your Paddle purchase receipt (paddle.net), or
  • By submitting a request through our in-app support form. We will forward eligible requests to Paddle for processing.

Refund window

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase or renewal, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or has been explicitly approved in writing.

After the refund window has passed, refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

Cancellation vs. refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
