How do I upgrade?

Open the dashboard and choose Upgrade, or visit the Pricing section on the home page. Checkout is handled securely through Paddle.

How do I cancel or manage billing?

Go to Settings → Subscription from the dashboard. You can manage payment methods, update your plan, or cancel — Pro access remains until the end of the current billing period.

Is payment currently in test mode?

If you see a banner at the top of the app saying 'Test mode', then yes — Paddle is currently running in sandbox. Real cards won't be charged. The banner disappears once we go live.

How do I invite collaborators?

Open any trip, click Share, enter the invitee's email, and choose a role (view, comment, or edit). They'll receive an email invite from invites@send.eiccapp.com.

Why did my invite link expire?

Accepted Answer

Invite links expire 30 days after they're created, or once they've been accepted. Generate a fresh invite from the Share dialog and resend it.

Question 8

Can collaborators edit my trip?

Accepted Answer

Only collaborators with the 'edit' role can change the itinerary. 'Comment' role can leave comments but not edit, and 'view' role is read-only. You control the role per invite.

What should I do if trip generation fails?

Try again with a slightly shorter or clearer description (destinations, dates, pace, interests). If it keeps failing, send us a message below with the trip prompt you used.
